Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
On Starter, Mendva handles payments from your students and takes a 5% platform fee on top of standard payment processing fees. Pro and Business pay no platform fee at all, only the standard processing fees.
No. Every plan includes unlimited students, so your student list is never the reason to upgrade. Plans differ on monthly bookings, teachers and locations: Starter covers 50 bookings a month, Pro covers 600, and Business is unlimited.
Yes! Twint is fully supported on all plans. Your students can pay with Twint, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Yes. The Starter plan is 0 CHF/month, no credit card required. We earn a 5% platform fee on student payments, so you only pay when you earn. Upgrade to Pro or Business when your volume makes the monthly fee worthwhile.
The Founder Lifetime Deal is a one-time payment of CHF 2,490 that gives you full Business features forever, no monthly fees, no platform fees. Founders also get all future features as we release them and priority support for life.
All data is stored in Switzerland. We are Swiss-made, GDPR compliant by design, and your studio data is completely isolated from other studios.
