Swiss servers, and a real way to be deleted
Three plain answers about the parts of this that are hard to undo: where the records sit, how they get deleted, and who holds the money in between.
Hosted in Switzerland
The database and every backup of it run in Swiss data centres. Your student list, your schedule and your bookings stay there.
GDPR and deletion
A student can ask to be deleted, and the account goes with them. Deleting your own owner profile works the same way.
The money goes to you
Students pay through Stripe, and Stripe Connect pays out to your studio's own bank account. We never hold your students' money.

Chains and multi-site gyms
Mendva runs one studio with one schedule. There is no switching between locations, no numbers rolled up across sites, no head office view.
Anyone who needs a native iOS or Android app
Your students add the app to their home screen straight from the browser. It is not in the App Store and not on Google Play, so if a store listing is part of what you are buying, buy elsewhere.
Studios that book equipment or rooms
A class has a capacity, not a floor plan. There is no reformer to reserve, no mat number, no room and no resource, only the number of places left.
Anyone who cannot live with a young product

Five questions
Not publicly. Mendva is pre-launch, and the first five founding studios are being onboarded by hand, one at a time. You can create your studio today, and we set it up together with you.
No. Keep the site you already have. Mendva gives you a booking widget you paste into it, so your schedule, your passes and your workshops appear inside your own pages.
Nothing is saved to a studio until an account exists. The import reads the public pages at the address you paste, and the result sits in a short-lived cache that expires on its own.
You review everything before it is applied. Names, durations, prices and colours are all editable during setup, and nothing is published until you say so.
You can delete your studio account, and your students can delete theirs, records included. One thing to know before you commit: there is no data export yet. Until it ships, leaving means deleting rather than downloading.
